Hi! I am Nicole; a yogi, surfer, and lover of nature. You can find me at the beach, in the mountains, or at the gym/doing hot yoga!

My passion of naturopathic health inspired me to earn a Bachelors of Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University. Shortly after, I completed my Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

There is no surprise that our society currently is experiencing a chronic illness and mental illness epidemic.

  • 76.4% of American adults live with at least one chronic disease, and more than half of all adults have multiple conditions (CDC, 2023).

  • 31% of children aged 3 to 17 have at least one chronic condition (CDC, 2021).

My GOAL as a therapist is to collaborate with your doctors and specialists DIRECTLY to prevent illness and restore health through integrative therapy services focusing on health, wellness, and quality of life.
