Hi! I am Nicole; a yogi, surfer, and lover of nature. My passion of naturopathic health drove me to receive my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology/Exercise science from Georgia Southern University. Shortly after, I then received my Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Occupational therapists are one of the only medical practitioners that looks at a person holistically. This is the future of medicine!

There is no surprise that our society currently is experiencing a chronic illness and mental illness epidemic. Western society has been pushing us towards technology, stress, decreased quality of food, decreased social connections/community, and away from nature.

Eastern/ ancient medicine emphasizes that the physical, mental, environmental, and spiritual parts of us are all connected (mind-body-soul) and therefore affect one another. If one thing is out of balance, it disrupts our entire body. Physical health affects mental health and spiritual health, and mental health affects physical health.

Medical research is continually proving how our lifestyle, habits, and environments can play a crucial role in our overall physical and mental health. Our lifestyle and habits include our diet (physical and environmental), our thoughts, nutrition, stress resilience, peer/social connections, screen time, outdoor exposure, sleep, toxin exposure, posture, daily exercise, and so much more.

My treatment focus emphasizes looking at the patient holistically and seeing where the disrupt of balance occurs. We will then work on bridging the body and mind back into homeostasis and optimal balance to further enhance your quality of life and wellbeing.

Healing to our highest potential is an INTERNAL & EXTERNAL job.

Current Client

Nicole has been incredible to work with from the start, and has been a supportive resource to my son and our whole family. Our 3 year old connected with her immediately, she is so great and fun with kids and so knowledgeable and easy to work with. You can tell she really cares. She is helping us work through sensory processing, emotional regulation, and high sensitivity challenges. Our little guy responds so well to her - we are so grateful we found her.

Nicole has been amazing to work with. She’s always been great with our 4 year old daughter. Not only does she help our daughter, but she also educates our family along the way. Our daughter really struggles with regulation, which our family didn’t know much about until Nicole. You can really tell she cares about the children she works with and loves what she does. We are so thankful for her.
